Roger Revelle published the first modern scentific paper on global warming in the 1950s. His work became the basis for the global warming movement. Revelle personally influenced Al Gore to believe in global warming. In the late 1980s Revelle found reasons to question his research and some years before his death in 1991 he reversed his position on it and the political policies being built on it. Al Gore's response was to declare Revelle senile. Gore repeatedly refused to publicly debate global warming.

Here is a 4 min. 33 sec. news clip on Revelle and Gore at youtube:

So much for "consensus".

Most of the Sustainable Development policies now being promoted are based on (among other things) the assumption that global warming is real. We are being told that all scientists agree that global warming has been proven and that there is no good evidence against it.

Sustainable Development policies all amount to increased government regulation of all human activity, in every area of life - business and work, home, public, travel - everything. All human activity must impact the environment to some degree, so environmentalist policies regulate all of it. However advocates of Sustainable Development try to sugar-coat it, it will result in very heavy and complicated restrictions, heavy financial burdens  on the average person and restructuring of our whole society, all of which will drastically reduce our standard of living.

So, we need to be sure abut whether global warming is real. These government forums are an appropriate place for the community to discuss its validity.

In this thread, I will be posting links to items which criticise global warming and the people who promote it. The media and the government and other public commentators generally support and promote global warming, so the items of the kind I will post here are rarely seen, even just for the sake of "debunking" them.

Read on.
